Logo Design Brief

Im looking to have a logo design from my current logo Chicago casino suppliers. I want it to be in circle. This logo will go on the betting circles of a blackjack table on a removable sticker. I would like to incorporate a spot where I can write in a sponsors name. I would like it to also say " this spot is RESERVED for".....also maybe something like " thank you for your Donation " Again this is a going to be placed on a table to hold spot for the person who had donated to reserve the gaming spot at a charity casino night... So the ability to write the company name or person in has to be left.
