Web Design Brief
I need a design for a US-based private equity firm that is changing to a merchant banking model. The company is located in Tampa, Florida and makes investments throughout the United States. It's investors are based in the US, UK and Middle-East.
The firm originates proprietary private equity transactions for itself and other participating financial sponsors. Its focus is middle-market us-based service companies with high free cash flow margins.
The site should appeal to prospective portfolio companies and institutional investors.
I will need a stationary package and brochure to match the site.
The site will have few pages and relatively little text.
