Logo Design Brief
1. Background
Trumbull is the surname of Richard Trumbull, the Managing Director of Trumbull Property Pty Ltd. The Trumbull family tree features heavily in American history (try googling). The family’s coat of arms features a bull however we will not provide this as we want original ideas.
The business will consist mostly of industrial property services such as tenant representation and lease negotiation.
2. Concept
Ideally the logo would consist of an image of a bull with the words TRUMBULL PROPERTY. The bull could be realistic or interpretive. Clean lines.
3. Description Words
Strength. Reliability. Positive. Profit. Upside. Value-add. Confidence. Accessibility. Support. Solution. Service. Market Knowledge. Informed.
4. Target Market
Industrial tenants and decision makers for industrial companies/tenants in Australia.
5. Colour Options
- Blue
- Different shades of blue
- Blue with black
We would like to see a version on a white background and on a blue or black background.
6. Font
Strong bold font. Probably capital letters. Clean lines.
7. Format
Bull image on top of TRUMBULL PROPERTY or bull image to the left of TRUMBULL PROPERTY.
Updates
Hi everyone. Thank you so much for all your input at this stage. We would just like to add this comment to the design brief.
"We would like the bull to show strength but we also want to be approachable so we don't want it to be too aggressive or threatening."

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hi there. I am sorry about the lack of communication to the designers who have submitted. We have decided to extend the deadline so that we can get some feedback back to everyone.
Thanks for your patience.
