The client is looking for a fresh new look for his mortgage broker business flyer.

* The client is looking for a catch phrase like his competitors... "let your house lend you a hand" or " house rich & cash poor", but I was thinking something like one of the following:

Own Your Home? Get a Loan!
Own a Home? Get a Loan!
Own a Home? Need a loan?
Need a Loan? Use the equity in your home!

* Company website is http://mortgagebrokerbc.com/ for reference.

* within the Logo variation folder, you will find the files named "macOriginalPantone.ai". This is the best full color version of the logo on a transparent background. Please use this as the primary logo.

*The color scheme of the flyer should match that of the primary logo
