Logo Design Brief
I'm a military leader taking over a company and am changing the motto to "Stallions". The organization is currently struggling and I decided on the stallion to be a strong representation. Also, I like the idea of the underdog (see italian stallion from the movie rocky).
In the military, company logos tend to be more similar to that of sports teams or mascots. However, I don't want to copy an existing sports team - looking for some originality.
Our company name is "San Gabriel Valley" or "SGV" and mascos/motto is "Stallions"
Favorite colors are red, black, and silver.
If someone could incorporate "SGV" with a dominant-looking image of a Stallion, that's what I'm looking for.
And maybe write in "STALLIONS" at the bottom or the logo, but this is probably too much.
The dominant image should be that of a stallion - maybe one standing on its back two legs (open to ideas)
Also, I'm thinking about incorporating a transparent overlay of a boxer delivering an uppercut (see the right fighter on attached image) but not sure if that would work.

- Image of a dominant looking stallion, possibly on its hind legs or a closeup of the head/face
Nice to have
- "SGV" possibly overlapping vertically, diagonally, or on top of each other (Like the New York Mets letters)
- Uppercut overlay (transparent) of a boxer. (just upper body, not bald)
- The word "STALLIONS" somewhere - maybe at the bottom or below the logo. Though this may be too much text if "SGV" is already incorporated.
