Logo Design Brief

I am an RN with the mobile asthetic company that specializes in the treatment of Dysport and Restylane.
(Dysport is a treatment very much like Botox ) These are small injections to the face that get rid of fine lines and wrinkles as well as give volume to the face.
What's different about my company is that I actually go to the client and treat them in their home or office as opposed to them having to go to a clinic.
My target audience is mostly women, however a few men, ranging in ages from mid to late 20s to 60s. I would like a logo that would appeal to a higher end market, ( elegant) but also something fun.
The picture I'm currently using on my business card is a pair of bejeweled lips. It works in well with my business because I sell a sparkle lipstick. I always get comments about the sparkly lips on my business card so I kind of would like to keep that or something similar to that incorporated into the design . ( if needed I can send a picture of the current lips I am using)
I'm just looking for a logo that is fun, elegant and that stands out as well as captures the nature of my business.
I do use a catchphrase on my business card from Harry Winston that says: "People will stare, make it worth their while"
( if that can be incorporated into the design as well that would be great but if it's too busy or too much it doesn't half to be in there)
