I need a logo for my leadership training and coaching practice in New York. I help mid-career to senior business leaders develop their leadership style to get them ready for more senior executive roles. It's important to me that as my clients advance, they do so while improving their quality of life and magnifying their positive impact on others. I always say that I'm really in the quality of life business, and I often use an image of a drop of water creating a ripple effect (I've attached the image I use in a lot of presentations), because that's what leaders do, create a ripple effect--and we want our leaders to create positive ripples. I'm open to the final design being just my name or my name with a subtle ripple effect graphic. I have a modern organic aesthetic--clean and simple, like the attached examples. Thank you!

Requirements
Must have
- The logo must convey warmth, must be personable and approachable. My business is more akin to therapy or life coaching than it is traditional management consulting.
Nice to have
- I'd like to see at least a few all grey logos with pops of color (like the dot of the i in jennifer for example)
Should not have
- The look of a stuffy management consulting firm
