Phycomax is a health supplement used in a number of health applications ranging from Cancer, HIV, blood development and many other ailments.

This is also a Naturally Blue in Color, the active ingredient is known as Phycocyanin. There are tons of data available on the internet.
I require a PET Bottle label for 60 tablets, will be marketed in USA, EU and India.
Supplement facts can be left blank so we can fill them in later, the manufacturers name and address needs to be left blank.(Design to be completed so we can add later)

The Tablets are 100% Vegetarian

I am Looking for a Label not change in the company logo. The registered company logo has been provided for addition to the label. Please also find a sample for the supplement label design
