Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that will be used for letterhead, business cards, a website and other marketing needs. Our new entity is called "BlueAlliance Psychological Strategies and Solutions." Our focus is to work with law enforcement and other first responders. We are focused on providing mental health training, psychotherapy, psychological testing and consultation to Law enforcement programs, personnel and training sites. We would like a design that has the word "Blue" in blue and the "Alliance" in black. Additionally, toying with some aspect of the American flag (black or color) with a blue line (the thin blue line that identifies support for law enforcement) going through the "BlueAlliance" (bigger font or somehow standing out over "Psychological Strategies and Solutions") We'd like the logo to provide the same feeling (positive, strong, proud) one gets when seeing a law enforcement badge or the American Flag. Integrating the psychology symbol (attached in images) may also be an interesting touch. The logo should remain sophisticated (not tacky) and bold, nothing to flashy. Pictures are added for reference and to spark ideas!
