Logo Design Brief

Finished design will be used on website, business card, stationary, invoices, etc. MUST be presentable in a square shape and must be readable at 80px x 80px. My website is at www.stevebrownconsulting.com where you can get a sense of product (coaching and consulting). I'm particularly focused on coaching business owners. I'm open to all ideas, currently I've been using something resembling a piece of a jig saw puzzle, but it is a stock design from Vista Print and can't be reused on other items.
