Please note that using Photoshop or Illustrator will give you highest quality Print file rather than using Word.
Word is good for documentation/resume etc but in order to have full fledged high quality design, photoshop or illustrator will do great. Please note that you still edit files in Photoshop as we provide you with the project file with fonts, and images.

Thanks Venkat. I understand Illustrator and Photoshop will provide an overall better quality file. However, my company will not allow Illustrator or Photoshop on our computers and so I must request the files be editable in a software that I have on my computer. Thank you for the message.

Great Question! "Template" 1 can have multiple pages if needed. I don't have a preference for page count. If it can be done on 1 page, that's great. I understand that I may have do minimize some of my text later.

No, I don't require any other images for the design. The icons I provided are optional. I would prefer graphic elements like icons, 'buttons', shapes instead of images.

Can you extend the deadline?

Yes -- I just extended it an extra 5 days.
