Brochure Design Brief
We have a brochure for our company and one of the items is a house that is supposed to be an example of our product offerings. In other words, we are a well rounded company that you can go to in order to fulfill all the needs.
I will attach the bad version of what our in graphics person did and a copy of the brochure so you can see the whole piece. Working files are attached too, let me know if you need more files from the brochure.

Must have
- The brochure needs to use the four images on the inside right panel since it is consistent with our booth. I don't personally like it but I can't change everything too abruptly.
Nice to have
- The boss like the "house" idea so I need that option in a graphic but would like to see another option.
Should not have
- Not "cutesie", we are selling to the govt. and they don't like fun kinds of items.
