With such a short time frame, I'll be checking and answering questions as fast as humanly possible (Especially given US holidays for next 2 days).

Hello,

So sorry if it isnt clear. i have a tight deadline and am adding information as I can.

i'm looking for a website. extra points for mobile friendly, but not required. if you are referring to the 2nd page that i talk about left navigation, the format is like many websites.

Its my understanding that what I signed up for besides the website pages (2) was a 1 sided ad. I wouldnt mind formatting for the 2nd side.

There are 2 parts. Ad and website.

Thank you. There is no need to keep posting here when you upload, I'll see it. We are in the US so just waking up.

Want to emphasize this is for an advertising slick. The banner is just a second possibility of its use, so wanted something that could do dual duty.
