Logo Design Brief

We (two women) are starting a company that provides team-building seminar services to corporations on the topic of personal strengths/talents. We are trying to help individuals and companies work toward using their very best abilities to become their very best selves. Some adjectives to describe our company are: Energetic, Valuable, Engaged, Professional, Upscale, Elegant, Intelligent, Inspiring, Uplifting, Expert, Empowering, Successful, Sophisticated and Polished. We would like the logo to be Clean and Simple, and not overly-feminized.
We are open to colors. We are also debating whether we should include our tagline. Thus, we would like to see submissions that include the tagline (see below), as well as those that don't include it.

Must have

• Must be professional, intelligent, sophisticated and polished.
• Please note that in the tagline between "Leveraging Strengths" and "Achieving Results" is a dash. That is a single, longer line. (Versus a hyphen, which is one short line.) Please correct on the submissions.

Nice to have

• Now that we have some designs to review, we decided we'd like to see some designs with the symbol to the left of the words, and also between the words Strengths and Savvy. We are also leaning toward blue colors. Like brighter blues and teals in the design.

Should not have

• Must not be too "busy," or overly feminine
