Logo Design Brief

We are a new company in Brisbane Australia. We are real estate agents starting a new business " Certified Ready to Sell", we provide a service to home sellers to help and manage the process of getting their property ready for sale. We will do a sales appraisal, have a building and pest inspection done and also fund work needed to refresh the property, (eg: paint or carpet or general tidyup.) We also check smoke alarms and pool certificates to ensure the home meats all the government requirements. We then issue them with a certification certificate and their home is ready to sell.

People wanting to sell their home or investment property who may be time or cash poor. Retirees, investors, busy professionals, defense force, liquidators, banks.
