Signage Design Brief

I have an Internet-related meeting coming up and I need a free-standing vinyl banner designed for it. If you do a good job, I'll need similar banners for several other meetings, for which I'll pay separately. The specifications for the banner are in the attached PDF file.

The main heading of the banner, bigger than the logos, should say "Joint Civil Society Meeting" and in smaller text "Internet Governance Forum", "Guadalajara", and "December 2016". The design should communicate "Internet" but in a subtle and classy way.

• I need the attached logos to be included in the design, and the bottom or around the edges. Choose one of the three Best Bits logos, not all of them. Also the words "Civil Society Internet Governance Caucus" (treat that as a logo like the others, since they don't have one).
