Logo Design Brief

Logo for a new start up consulting business. I have been in this business for 36 years (recent 31.5 years with the same company, which I recently left to go out on my own). My name is my best marketing tool. The industry is the application of ozone systems for organic, sustainable sanitation for food processing, food service, cosmetic and pharmaceutical processes and commercial aquatics and rural water. The object is food, human and environmental safety. Please note that O3 is a capital letter "O" and the "3" is subscript. This is the molecular formula for ozone. I need my company name as part of the logo with the tagline underneath and the logo. See the upload below. I DO NOT WANT MY PICTURE IN THE LOGO! I only want the logo with the copy to portray a professional image along with my name which as I already mentioned is my most notable asset as I have been doing this for 36 years and have a following which I want to maintain as well as grow.
