Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card for our company, Hanegan Realty & Property Management. We maximize financial returns on residential investment properties. By evaluating the current value and health of a property, we devise a financial plan to rehabilitate the property while earning an income over a period of years for rental properties, or suggest meaningful updates and improvements to ensure maximum payout on sales properties.
We would like to see our business cards with the colors black and metallic burgundy. The final design should communicate management and financial growth.

Requirements

Must have

• Elegant, feminine design of metallic burgundy on black on double sided card.

Nice to have

• I would like to see some consistency of design on the front and back of the card, with perhaps a bold, thick line of burgundy on the right, vertical side. I would also like the black card stock to have some geometrical design or texture.

Should not have

• Any of the colors provided below. I cannot choose burgundy, which is the color for our business. Is this the only color selection available?
