Logo Design Brief

Hi Pinky - The company has recently changed from Kong Carpentry of which you provided the logo and card design to now being Kong Developement Group. We no longer focus on just carpentry and want the new image/brand to represent the whole of building and development. I would like to continue to use the original logo as i feel it has impact and is memorable but i am struggling to come up with a concept mixing the cartoon like image of kong with a sophification image to bring the development logo into a real professional logo. This logo will be used on cards and all stationery requirements as well cars and signage on our office building
