Logo Design Brief

I have started a new technology company called Red Toad Consulting Group based in Delaware. The primary purpose of this company will be to help small and medium sized businesses get to the cloud. We will focus our efforts on moving our customers away from spending large amounts of capital every 3 or 4 years and help them understand the advantages of hosting their apps and desktops in the cloud.

I would like a logo that is energetic but also displays professionalism and confidence.
