Logo Design Brief

I am joining my mother-in-law and husband in a residential real estate group. Our group is based in Minneapolis Mn and is affiliated with Edina Realty (edinarealty.com). The name of our group is A. D. Hays Group. Our focus is on premium properties. Our team is comprised of professionals who come from executive corperate postions and have started new careers in residentail real estate. Our core values are focused and attentive service married with uncomprimised ethics. I would like the logo to emphasize the letter H and have a pallete that compliments the color red. I do not want a red logo.
