Logo Design Brief

We are a new fishing tackle company based in Auckland, New Zealand called 'Glowbite'. We specialize in innovative fishing equipment for recreational fishers. Most fishers will be line fishing from a boat. Our initial product is a range of fishing lures that include an integrated, mini LED light.
The logo that we require should communicate quality, innovation and fishing success. In time we also wish to align our brand with concepts of sustainable fishing and healthy outdoor pursuits for the whole family.
The logo should be simple and uncluttered. It needs to be recognizable when printed on product (curved surface) and only 10 mm long. It also needs to look good on a banner, or the side of a boat and 2000 mm long.
The logo will include the name 'Glowbite' and may also include a recognizable symbol.
I have included photos of the type of product that we will sell. In many cases, product will be packaged in clear PU boxes or bags with logo and product information printed on black card to contrast the LED light in the product.

• Clean lines. Logo recognizable when printed at 10mm and at 2000mm. The distinctive for this brand is that product contains a LED light (no other product currently in New Zealand market contains a light). Lights will be available in several colors - green, red, blue, white, yellow.

Should not have

• Should not be fussy or tacky or contain too much detail. Our company will build brand recognition and trusted quality around this logo.
