Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that represents a snowy, alpine, ski feel while focusing on a waffle of asymmetrical shape. The waffle should not have any toppings as the product we sell is a grab on the go item. Skis need not be included, but I'd consider it if the logo comes together nicely. I'm looking to end up with a logo that feels European Alps, Dutch script, Swiss, something to that effect.
