Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my organization which is based in Boston in the US. We offer summer learning programs to youth (high school students) and in the future we will offer professional development programs to seasoned professionals.
The logo has to be more conservative but contemporary . Our organization name is Designed Education.
The logo should communicate: learning, professionalism, development. No bright colors please.
