Flyer Design Brief

Property North Agency is a property management specialist based on Sydney's Northern Beaches in Australia.

We manage mid to high-end rental properties for investors and property owners.
We are currently looking to build our portfolio and are offering existing clients and contacts a referral incentive. We want to sign up more properties to manage.

We are offering the referrer a $250 referral fee and the new owner 2 months of free management to entice them to use Property North Agency.

We want an A4 Flyer to print and add to other document packages we hand out to clients and suppliers.
If at all possible a matching digital banner would be great too! 1000px wide x 250px

We must be able to have an editable photoshop version (PSD) of the document as well as a print ready PDF version incl any bleed necessary for A4 printing.
