Logo Design Brief

I need a simple logo design for my new interior design business called Becky Hans DZINE. I specialize in luxury new construction and have a niche for modern designs. I would just like to have my business name as my logo with 4 bold stripes towards the top. So I would like it to read as follows: "Becky Hans" (in smaller font), then below that in larger and maybe different font "DZINE", then have my phone number "(402) 670-2101". I would like to have the background color black and the lettering and stripes in metallic silver. I have business cards with the stripes, that is why I think I may want to add that as part of my logo. I like simple yet modern fonts. I want my name to look a little bit like a signature font, and DZINE to be a little bolder.
