Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed like the attached. I would prefer the "KANE" to be more outstanding than the "CIVIL". I would like the logo to be either Black and Orange or Black and Luminous Green on a white background. I like the idea of having an excavator arm in the logo as I am in the Construction Industry and would like that to be apparent through the logo.; and also that the Font in the attached logo is slanted.
