Print Design Brief

Urban 188 is a sustainable community that focuses on well being of tenants and reduction of carbon footprint.
Need an eye catching banner to be displayed on the side of a building. Walls are gray (see pic), so it's a perfect canvass to splash some colors. Banner shall include the word "apartments" and represent sustainability (ie. sustainable apartments).

Dimensions are 5' W x 15' H.
Daily traffic is approx. 20k cars.

Target Market(s)

we target environmentally conscious tenants who want to live in a community of like-minded people. We have a community garden, and reuse "gray" water for irrigation. We've also implemented recycling programs.
We've also built a deck were we have yoga practices -free of charge- for our tenants and guests.
