Requirements

Must have

• Wording that is in the sample except for the reply page, that can be taken off
• All of my contact information (address, phone number, office number, fax number email and website. My Logo - Colors are purple, gray . Nothing below a 12 pt font (I service blind consumers too)
• I want to be able to mail it so I like the back middle page, I just want it to look more professional. The order of the panels does not matter

Nice to have

• Social security ticket to work logo and Texas Workforce Commission logo. If you need a better on, you can get it from their web sites

Should not have

• I work with individuals that are disabled and help them find a job in the community where they can be useful and feel good about themself. So nothing that can be offensive to any race, orientation, gender, etc.
