'North56 Catering Co.' is the full name of the business. "N56" is what we want on the logo. This will go on everything from logo stamps, stickers, storefront windows, shoulder part of sleeve of staff t-shirts, bags...etc... so it is the most important piece here. It needs to construe confidence, experience, clean, relevance to the 30's, 40's, 50's age groups with families.

Target Market(s)

Younger families on up to retired people. It will eventually have a small storefront with five or so small table and a small bar, but mostly for carry out as the specialty is catering. Mostly to upscale clientele.
