I am making this shirt for my spouse. The design should be a drawing of a police officer riding a horse (like the uploaded image) and a little girl holding the hand of her mother. The little girl should be pointing at the cop on the horse and a text bubble from her mouth should say "Mommy, why is that man riding on that cop?"
