thanks for taking a shot! one idea i had would be to use cymbals to make the words. something pictorial.

see www.drivelinenj.com for one reference. it's for specialty work, while i'm much less arcane in what i'm going for logo-wise, but the "dyna-balance" logo, with the shaft balanced on a point... it gets what the work is about across creatively, albeit to specialists. i'm going for all drummers and musicians, but with forms all will recognize: like cymbals and a leg.
