Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design that will work on both a navy blue background and white background for stationary purposes. I am looking for a clean simple image with straight lines.The colors i would like to use would be white, navy blue, carolina blue, and gray for the roofline. I attached two images that i liked. The one with the windows in the roofline is very rough, but i would like something like that, along with the lines from other image (verndale construction). I would like the image above the company name. This logo will be used on a navy blue truck and trailer. It will also be used on navy blue t-shirts and sweatshirts. I would also like the tagline to be under the company name "Quality craftsmanship, done right, with Pride." I would also like to use a similar font from my old home remodeling logo J&R Remodeling. I attached the image below.

• Roofline of house above company name
• Straight lines

Nice to have

• WIndows in the roofline with carolina blue. I would like the company name to be in white, with a navy blue background. With a white background, i would like to see the company name be in white, with a navy blue outline if possible? I am very open to different ideas.
