Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my company. My website is healthcontinuum.ca. I would like the logo to say "Your Health Continuum" with possibly the words "exercise, nutrition, lifestyle". I'm a personal trainer, nutritional consultant, and lifestyle manager and I teach people how to work on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle one step at a time. The company name stems from the idea that everyone's health is a continuum; a whole made up of many parts that are constantly changing over time. The parts are made up of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle, and the goal is better over perfection, or small improvements over time along a continuum, instead of drastic changes. My color scheme is blue (20C3F5), charcoal grey (333232), black, light grey (F0F0F0), and white.

Target Market(s)

Women between the ages of 30 and 60 that are looking to lose weight and improve their health. Women that are prone to yo-yo dieting without results that are ready to try something new. Women that are somewhat educated and have a descent income. Women that prioritize health and wellness.
