About the new additions to the requirements section, please note that gif files only support 256 colors, so there will be some loss of quality in the final gif file. I recommend you accept 3 different banners with no quality loss (jpg format) and ask your webdesigner to animate them.

Anyway, i made an animation out of the three banners that are in the last file i submitted but the gif file it can't be uploaded, designcrowd only let's you upload jpg or png files.

if you decide you can get over the quality loss that gif files cause, i hope that my design will satisfy you.
