We need a new logo for a property maintenance company, which does repairs and renovation for property owners.

We have a basic web site at www.matlockpropertyservices.com, which gives you an idea of what we do. We don't have any strong preferences on colour, but nothing too bright. The final design should communicate that we're reliable and friendly.
