Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer that I can distribute by Mailchimp and an accompanying Large postcard that I can mail to announce my new website and Facebook/Twitter efforts. I am a REALTOR in Hawaii. I'd like the look and feel to coordinate with my website style. I'd also like to use an edited version of both to send out on a regular basis to remind my sphere of influence to check out my website and Social Media.......

Instruction Update - October 1, 2016:
-My name Rick Oliver in the same font as on the opening page of my website needs to be put prominently on the flyer

• I have multiple photos that I can include but do not know the design direction to understand which would be appropriate.

Nice to have

• Nice large graphics that clearly demonstrate graphically-that this is a promotional effort to announce and or remind my sphere of influence -via email and regular mail-about my Social Media and Website. Should feature the appropriate graphics that may include photos from my website opening page and also include Facebook and Twitter logos. Possibly include the ability to click through to the website and Facebook via encode text.
