Graphic Design Brief

I would like a vector graphic like the VRman.jpg (attached) but wearing a HTC Vive VR headset. The graphic needs to be in the same vector, fun, graffiti style as the style1.jpg and style2.jpg also attached. The graphic will be on a black background such as a black Tshirt. We would like to keep the colors simple being red, white and black. We want the look to have scruffy funky hair, with an excited look on the face.
