I am looking for a DVD cover for a slim DVD case
Sizes attached and no bleed required.

I have attached a screen shot of an idea that I have had with the logo head etc. I want it to stand out and look bold.
The title will be: Overcome Anxiety and Panic
I also want the words: Hypnosis Session

I also want my logo and a head shot (I have provided a number of headshots to choose from
