Podcast Design Brief

I'm looking to create a logo that can double as a cover art for a podcast I'm launching. The company is called Learn Grow Earn Ltd. and the podcast will be named the same. The idea behind the company and the podcast is that in order to earn what we believe we deserve we must first learn and grow into the person who can accomplish those goals. It will be about showcasing all of the different ways people learn, in an effort to eliminate the excuse / victim mentality that so many people are limited by.
