Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my start-up real estate company called "Carolina Senior Transitions". We are located in Charlotte, NC but are close the South Carolina line so we can provide services there as well. Our focus is to help senior citizens age 50 plus in downsizing and handling all the aspects of this transition. Such as selling their home, helping find a new home or long-term care facility, estate sales, moving/packing, etc. I like the colors black and gold to mirror the Century21 colors but I'm open to other colors as well. The Century 21 logo attached is to give you an idea of the colors. I want the logo to POP, to be eye catching and fun but also professional. The idea is to paint the picture of a smooth and happy transition not of someone unhappy because they are moving to a nursing home. This is a stressful time for a senior and or their family and we want to come across as the go-to experienced company that they can rely on and have confidence that we will help make the transition as stress -free and easy as possible.

Nice to have

• To give the idea of a smooth and happy transition for a senior as they decide to downsize and move. Bold ideas are welcomed. Open to the idea of incorporating a picture like the pediatric example attached. Would be nice to be able to use the logo in landscape or portrait orientation easily. Open to using the initials CST somehow in the logo. Emphasize the word Senior.
