Hello,

In a general customer purchasing journey, they are some touch points that will define the MoT ( Moment of Truth) between the customer and the organization. Our work is to make sure that those touch points are well designed and operated in such manner that the out come of the experience between the customer and the organization is a positive MoT.

As an example if you see an advertisement about a product that you are interested, your purchasing journey starts by you calling the call center in order to obtain more information. The call center in this case is the first touch point of the journey, while the Call center agent engaging with you at that moment, that is what we call Moment of true. Our company make sure those MoT are always positive by delivering better processes, strategies or even training.
