Poster Design Brief

We need a poster to promote our new 'high tea' offering - Avalon presents Miss Pollard's Fabulous Old Fashioned Tea Rooms.
The poster will sit inside a chrome frame of an old art deco movie theatre. We'd like the poster to have an art-deco, vintage feel, while still looking fresh and eye catching to passers by. The size should be total 128cm tall by 72 cm wide. There's also a chrome band that sits 11-15cm down the poster that will be covered (see photo).
Wording should include along the lines of:
Indulge in a selection of savouries and sweets, decadent desserts, fine teas, coffee or bubbles with art-deco charm and fabulous views.
Served weekends from midday.

We'd also like a matching A4 menu border template.

About the restaurant.
Set in the historic Savoy picture theatre building, AVALON Restaurant and Bar at Katoomba combines playful art-deco charm with hearty food, friendly service and spectacular Blue Mountains views.
Located on main street Katoomba, enter the historic 1936 Savoy picture theatre foyer and make your way past the ticket booth and up the stairs. The restaurant inhabits the dress circle of the old theatre, and offers a decor of quirky retro finds and spectacular mountain views over Leura and the Jamison Valley.

Meals are prepared in the old projection room, and cocktails and retro tunes are served in the former refreshment lounge, now a cosy bar complete with roaring fireplace. The art deco architecture is complemented by an eclectic collection of furnishings and artwork. The style of service is casual and friendly.
