Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for our building company. We build in the North Georgia Mountains so it is a combination of rustic style homes, craftsman style homes and modern rustic is really our signature look. I want the use of natural materials such as wood, barnwood, metal, etc. I have some that my staff created and they're ok but still not perfect and what I'm looking for. I want something modern rustic that has the building elements as part of the logo. I love the gray wood washed looked but not tied to it. I'm uploading some other logos i've saw using the same type materials that i like too. I like the 3 dimensional look too.

Clients looking to build homes in the North Georgia market. Looking for modern but rustic...love the use of types of wood and metal together..possibly stone??
