App Design Brief

We need an app designed that will allow the users to track their daily workout routines, it will tell them the exercise which needs to be done that day, when its a rest day and how to perform the exercise. The demonstrations would be similar to the fitonomy app and the lolo boot camp app, and move in 3D.

The app should would also outline meal suggestions for that day, and include a 10 day detox at the beginning of the program where it gives instructions on how to make the mixture they drink, a diary and weight loss tracker, motivational quotes.
