Book Cover Design Brief

I am in need of a front and back cover design.
Front Cover:
The title is "DESTROY THIS -Martin Luther". It is an autobiography written as a biography. Luther refers to this book's title in the respect that the book should be thrown into a bonfire and destroyed. Since this is a major part of the climax to the book, and since Luther refers to the title and the cover photo, some type of fire photo is requested. In my working stage, I used a photograph that I had taken on our property.
Back Cover:
I would like a continuation in color from the front. The back will have the typical ISBN, etc. but also a short description of the book and two endorsements.
The final cover will need to be available for the following:
This book will have three formats. The book will be:
8.5" x 11" spiral bound - no spine
8.5" x 5.5" perfect bound
ebook
I do not have the exact spine width, but the page count for the perfect bound is 190.
I have confirmed that I will receive final copy that I can work with. I will need to add "School Edition" to the cover for the Spiral Bound.
