MakeDOTS.com is an online company that provides variety of real estate services for sellers to choose from. A la cart (individual), custom listing packages, or a flat discounted commission fee for full listing service. The logo design shall bring curiosity to the customer and yet easily remembered or recognizable. The logo design shall be easy to remember for the services the company provide such as the emblem or picture of the Apple for Apple Computers. Design shall be simple and not busy looking.

Target Market(s)

The target market are sellers who are looking to save tremendous amount of commission or fees they pay to a Realtor® to sell their home. These potential customers (sellers) usually search online for this type of service and they may be more tech savvy then the general public.

Requirements

Must have

• The design of the logo we're looking for is a combination of Woodmark, Pictoral Mark, and/or Emblem. Logo shall not be just letters alone.
• Artwork to include some "dots" and color theme shall be happy, colorful, but not dark. Prefer to have 3+ difference colors for the dots.

Nice to have

• Please include two artworks. One with UPPER case letter "M" for MakeDOTS and the 2nd one with LOWER case letter "m" for makeDOTS.

Should not have

• Do now wish to have an artwork of a roof, house, or building. No calligraphy. Design shall not be too formal and conservative.
