you want illustration scene???

Illustrations are good if they are generic of happy people, food and drink can be included, just not a "club" scene, more upscale

Is there any certain information that should be typed out? Anything you want people to know?

What I want is for your to read the description of the job...asking for direction beyond what I posted is not why I am on design crowd. If you want to post a sample based on your understanding, please do. To walk someone through the details and elements I would go to a graphic design or advertising company.

what is the size ??

I have a great understanding on what you're hoping to see. Can you please provide the size of the flyer. For example are you hoping for a 4" x 6" hand out or a 11" x 17" format?

11 x 17 would be great, its will be used for emails as well.
