Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a supplier to design a logo for the above company. The company is in the business of supplying top end assessment tools that are used by corporate for employee interviewing and also for discovery of talents (Talent Management). This is often described as ‘right person right role’.
The tools have been developed by world leaders in the design and use of psychometric assessment tests, and refined over 20 years of real-world research. The Prevue Assessment is the Gold Standard in employee fit assessment.h

The Prevue HR Hiring System offers the client branded, best-of-breed software to manage the entire hiring and selection process. It can help find, qualify, and hire the best talent before competitors have a chance.

Psychometrics are often associated with being dull and boring and only able to be used by those with superior knowledge or intellectual skills therefore the logo needs to be of contemporary design. It must enhance the image of the company and cause people to want to contact the company. Accompanying the logo should be a bi-line that describes what the company does in a few words.

We cannot use our supplier’s logo as the company will be adding additional lines to its library over time. We would want this logo to have a professional company feel as our target audience is the corporate marketplace in the South Pacific

This logo must be able to be produced in both black and white as well as easily reproduced in colour without incurring high print costs
