Bart Berkey, a luxury hotelier, has been writing a blog for hotelsmag.com for the past 5 years. It can be located at this web address to review examples (http://www.hotelsmag.com/Industry/Blogs/Bio?forumId=35). Tens of thousands have read his articles and have used his ideas to share with their own staff and motivate themselves. This book is an aggregation of his most popular postings.
The title of his book, "Most People Don't (and why you should)" shares real life stories about Bart's travel and experiences to help inspire others into "doing" when other's don't so that their efforts will enable them to be differentiated, unique, and accomplish more than the competition.
The cover should be simple and eye catching. Consider using MPD somewhere on the cover if it fits into the overall theme.
Some ideas that have surfaced involve using a "road less traveled" image on the front, and consider using a "Y" in a road to signify the "and why (or the letter "Y") you should" from the title, with possible one part of the Y appearing to be more bumpy, less smooth, yet leads to sunshine, with perhaps only one person walking on the road. The other portion of the "Y" would be smoother, more paved, have more than one person walking perhaps, and lead to cloudy skies???? Just ideas, but open to others.
Considered looking at "stop" signs or "no pedestrians" signs but doesn't convey the Most People Don't message...
IStock photo's that have been recommended for consideration include: 10828462, 18492326, 18244414
I also thought about using #MPD or just MPD, but not sure if it would resonate with most readers without knowing more about the concept.

The official book intro is below:
Most People Don’t
(And Why You Should)
Has anyone ever said that they would do something for you and never fulfilled their promise?
“I’ll call you so we can get together for lunch” or “I’ll send you the article that we talked about.”
Most People Don’t (MPD) do what they say they are going to do. MPD follow up. MPD show appreciation.
Instead of exploiting negativity in this common human behavior, this book inspires the readers to accomplish meaningful actions based on the things that others don’t do.
Find out what happens when you follow through, and how it drastically improves and enhances your own life and the lives of those around you.
By studying the activities and actions of the successful for the past 24 years, Bart has uncovered ways to teach others through real life stories on how to master “doing” because… “Most People Don’t.”
The world is comprised of over 7 billion people. There are opportunities that exist daily that only allow for the strong to survive and the talented to thrive. Competition surrounds us as we strive to balance professional opportunities, personal relationships, and the demands of time. The question remains: “How can you compete in this environment and differentiate yourself from others?”
Berkey’s message has influenced thousands, and has served as inspiration to everyone from business professionals to semi-professional sport teams who aim to increase results in their area of expertise.
His popularity is far reaching and has spanned the globe to achieve worldwide attention from employees at a juice bar in India to financial sales directors in Boston and from college students in Pennsylvania to real estate moguls in Malaysia.
Berkey’s mantra, “Most People Don’t (MPD),” offers a subtle reminder – in an extremely entertaining way – on how one can find happiness, success, and fulfillment simply by “doing.” The life ahead of you as a PTD (Person That Does) will offer endless possibilities as you become even more reliable, trusted, and differentiated. You will enrich your own life and the lives of others through lessons learned in his book!
